Even though my Giants won't be able to defend there Super Bowl title this year. Playoffs have started and its been a fun ride so far. I enjoy watching a good game no matter who it is. Of course I have some teams I Like better then others. I enjoy watching the Texans because I have a soft spot for Houston. They had those great team with Warren Moon back in the 90's but never made it to a Super Bowl. That was when the Oilers played there before becoming the Tennessee Titans.
Texans won today and as of this post the Packers are winning 17-3 and will more then likely win this game to go onto play the 49'ers. Most important thing I keep in the back of my mind is that Football is a game. A tough game with tough guys kicking each others A** for the right to go on to the next round. It takes alot of talent and some luck with avoiding injuries so you can play for years. Average amount of years for a player is about 4.
I've been to Lambeau Field and its just as awesome in person as it is on TV. More so in person because you get to see all the history behind the building.
Point here is I would love everybody to enjoy the playoffs regardless if your team made it or not. Its truly a fun game and watching the Super Bowl every year is alot of fun because its neat to see the emotions come out for the winning team.
Maybe we can have a first time winner if the Packers (my adopted favorite team) don't make it. Image the Texans and Falcons making it to the Super Bowl. We would be guaranteed a first time winner. That would be fun and draw ratings. Maybe even kick off a dynasty for a team. As for me I'm my own dynasty being in the IT field for 15 years and going strong. My dynasty will continue while maybe a new one will begin? See you all after the Super Bowl.

Family IS imporant!
For the longest time in my life I was a loner. All my friends from High School left and went on to have there own families. They acted in ways I didn't understand but now after the last few weeks I finally understand. The knowledgeable gaining more knowledge is a blessing in disguise.
A couple of weeks ago my best friend from High School Ken came back from a vacation in Indiana. He didn't call me or try to get a hold of me online. His wife Michelle always has his ear even though she committed adultery. They have 3 kids and have been married for 20 years. They have done alot together. To me its impressive since most marriages don't last very long but when your hubby is working 4 part time jobs to keep the house going, there is no room for a marriage to grow, it can only get stale and old which WILL lead to resentment and anger.
Watching the way those two interact with each other taught me that if you don't treat your spouse as being significant then they aren't.
Well everytime Michelle would get a hold of me thru Facebook, it was always in a negative tone. Ken wanted all of us to get along but Michelle wouldn't have it. Instead of giving in and turning the other cheek, I got fed up with her nastiness. Deanna always told me to ignore her since she isn't worth my time or energy. Michelle said since I didn't want to hang out with Ken that she would tell him I hated him (which isn't even close to the truth). I ended up giving up my friendship with Ken (Deanna was right). I told him I can't stand Michelle's abuse and that if he ever decides to work one job and divorce Michelle then we can hang out again like old times. My sanity has never been better. :)
Life is to short, everybody should allow themselves to enjoy it. Family is what does it for me. Some pics to share with my peeps:

A Fun Getaway
Sometimes its important to getaway from it all. Not really because things are boring but redundancy. Deanna bought tickets for Rissa to go to the Jason Aldean concert but there was a catch. She wanted to have alot of fun but can't if Alee was going to be with them. Deanna and I agreed to go down there to West Palm Beach to enjoy the scenery and to babysit Alee and we did a great job of that and the sites were great. Check out the pics of the places we went to and we will start with a picture of my beautiful granddaughter Alee!
